TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE
1 The Agreement
The wentacar.com.au (Wentacar ) site is owned and operated by Fax-Max Pty Ltd. It consists of many advertisements by third parties who are selling products and services to you. These terms and conditions constitute the whole of the agreement between you and Wentacar in writing in relation to the usage of Wentacar's services and supersede all previous communications, representations and agreements whether oral.
2 Right to Usage of Sit
You agree to access this site for the sole purpose of purchasing goods or the services which we offered by various sites displayed, advertised or linked to Wentacar's site. You agree not to in anyway whatsoever circumvent the functioning of Wentacar.com.au or the system which supports it and shall not in any way attempt to modify the system unless with the expressed written consent of Wentacar.
3 Service Standards
Wentacar warrants that it will utilise it's best endeavours to provide an uninterrupted system operation to Wentacar. However, Wentacar it's directors, officers or employees shall not be liable, to the extent permissible by law, for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature or extent, (including special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages) arising out of any systems interruption, whether such liability is alleged in contract, negligence or otherwise.
In particular, where any systems interruption is as a result of an act or event outside of the control of Wentacar, it's directors, officers or employees, including but not limited to civil strikes, power failures, computer failures, acts of god or the like then Wentacar, it's directors, officer or employees shall bear no liability, whether alleged in contract tort or otherwise, for the loss of damage of whatsoever kind, which may allegedly flow.
4 Jurisdiction of Transaction
The law which governs the usage of this site is the law of the state of N.S.W. AUSTRALIA. You hereby acknowledge that you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of NSW. In relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with the usage of this site. The law which governs any transaction between you and any company advertising or linked to Wentacar's service shall be governed by the law of the state as specified by the vendor of any product or service advertising through or linked with Wentacar's service.
5 Copyright/Trademarks
This service and the software associated with the service contains proprietary and confidential information which is protected by the intellectual property law of N.S.W. AUSTRALIA. In using this site you acknowledge the rights of Wentacar in any such proprietary rights.
In addition, you acknowledge that the information provided to you by advertisers and linked websites contains material that is protected by the laws of copyright, trademarks, patents and other proprietary rights and laws. You agree to not reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, copy, publish or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit any information or content available through or connected with Wentacar's service. In addition, you agree not to infringe any trademark of Wentacar or any other site, whether advertising on or linked to the Wentacar service.
6 Termination
You agree that Wentacar retains the exclusive right to terminate, at its sole discretion, this agreement either by terminating your password, account or use of this service, if you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions set out above. In addition, if Wentacar, its directors, officers or employees become aware of any conduct on your part, in the usage of Wentacar's service which has the effect of:
(a) Interfering, interrupting or inhibiting this service, or servers or networking connected with this service;
(b) Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law;

Collecting or storing personal data about others;(d) Upload, post, email or transmit, in anyway, any material which contains viruses whether such action is intentional or otherwise;
(e) Forge emails, headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service;
then Wentacar shall at its sole discretion be entitled to terminate this agreement without notice.
